The workers arrived and went to work at 7am  and by12 noon the job was complete. The roof was perfect and they clean up all nails and old shingles.

 You may find someone that will give you a better price but you cant get a better job. They are the only roofing contractor I will use.

Because this was an exterior project (asphalt shingle roof), there was no set schedule for when I needed the project done. "They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"The work crew arrived on time, and, over approximately 3 days, removed the old roof, replaced damaged decking, replaced flashing, and put down deck felt, and repaired a damaged soffit.  The new roofing was the style and color I requested.  What I was equally impressed with was the clean up!

Our new gutters were installed the next week. The installation team did a great job. The gutters were installed in 2 days. Communication was great. Clean up afterward was great. "Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.
