"You can not go wrong with Dustin (owner) or Joe (The Tile Doctor). They both are amazing, timely, very knowledgeable professionals, friendly and polite. Did I mention they show up and also clean up? They are so refreshing In contrast to a contractor we have previously used. Do yourself a favor and donâ t let their young looks fool you. They are wise in their trades beyond their years. Our tile shower and luxury vinyl floor look amazing!"

"Empire Today offered a decent carpet with competitive pricing. The material estimate came up a little short but the company honored the original quote a as nd provided the material. Getting the carpet installers back to complete the job took a bit of time though."

"The floor in the utility room of our condo in Ocean City was sagging in various places. Initially Joey thought that the flooring would need to be pulled up to effectuate the repairs. When he showed up to do the work, the first thing he said was “I’ve been doing some research and think there is away to do this without tearing up part of the floor.” That impressed me immensely. Joey injected a foam in various places under the deluxe vinyl floorboards. The floor in our utility room is now rock solid! Joey Slaughter did a great job and we recommend him very highly."

"Completely happy with their work and would hire them over and over again. They do great work and go over and beyond for each project. They’re always make sure that the customer is happy and they are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. I would not hesitate to refer them to all of my friends and family. They are more than fair with their pricing and very flexible. If you need home or office improvements, call them!!!! They are the BEST!! Thank you to the entire crew for your hard work and kindness!! We appreciate you!!"

"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

"Everything went great. I would definitely recommend D & S Builders.

"If you’re looking for a pro, John from K&J is your guy! Here’s what you can expect from John for your next project: promptness, fair pricing, quality workmanship, cleanliness, attention to detail, fast project completion, tons of experience and knowledge, highly motivated, and the list goes on. He even fixed a door that wouldn’t shut and patched my ceiling FREE OF CHARGE! I am definitely calling John for some other projects and you should too!"

"We had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom. We were able to stop the leak the morning after the leak happened, and we called our insurance, and they told to call S I restoration. They sent out a crew of 4 or 5 people, tore out the carpet, and set up fans that eventually dried everything out. We started to notice that it was a while before anyone from SI restoration would come in and actually start the restoration. The demolition crew was very prompt, but not the restoration crew. When they finally would come out, they would only work for 2-3 hours and then they would disappear. The work they did was very good. The bad news is that they would send out workers and there would be very inexperienced supervisors of the workers that would come out. When the supervision is bad, the workers don't seem to work all that hard. We complained to our insurance agent because we hired them upon his recommendation, he was disappointed in them. We tried to talk to the owners, but they were out of town, and the people that they sent were so inexperienced, it was nearly impossible to work with them. We simply wanted to get the work done. My husband complained to the company and things improved from there. From there, the work started to pick up. One thing that really upset me was that they turned in hours into the insurance company that both myself, and the inexperienced supervisor knew wasn't accurate. The good news again, is that once they finally completed the job, was that it was a very good job. The bad news was that it was very poorly managed."
