"We have used the services of 518 Remodel on two separate occasions. Their service and work have always been outstanding. In the fall of 2017 they added 8 feet to our garage and then built and outfitted a mudroom/ laundry room for us. This was an extensive project which required construction, excavation, paving, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete and drywall work. All this work was completed to the highest standards. We again, hired this company in March 2021, to do some attic work and to retile 2 bathrooms. Here again we were fully satisfied and impressed with the jobs that were done for us. Sal, the owner, has subcontractors commence work in a timely manner, and he always returns your call and attends to all of the customers needs. This is truly an excellent full-service construction company that performs high quality work."

"The salesman Jim Wing was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the specs on the sunroom. He was able to answer all of my technical questions and was very accommodating when it came to visiting our home and bringing samples. It was his professionalism and knowledge that helped us decide to hire this company. The workmen, from Dave the foreman to Joe and Vince who did the majority of the build, were skilled and friendly and answered any questions we had as the work progressed. Joe and Vince did exceptional, quality work and, in the bitterly cold and snowy conditions. Our 4 season room is great."

"Tony is the most skilled, competent, and knowledgeable builder we've worked with. He is also generous, glad to share his expertise, and a genuinely warm person with a great sense of humor. His work is exacting, logical and precise. While he renovated the master bathroom he found time to add an outdoor faucet and electric outlet, a dryer exhaust and discovered features of our new old house we didn't know (e.g. an outdoor faucet hidden under the deck). He was great at explaining both why some work was needed and other potential jobs were unnecessary. From helping with planning, materials, appliances and their sources to providing a detailed cost breakdown in the estimate through the final bill, Tony was clear, careful and utterly professional."

"BATHROOM John Porcella and crew did an amazing job! Installed a shower, in my downstairs bathroom. Conscientious and respectful of customers home, neat , clean and timely of their work. Worked completed on specific time frame. Expert plumbing work! Pleased customer and amazing compliments of their finished project! Will definitely look forward to using this company again in the future."

"They came out and did the job quickly. The roof looks good. Only problem was the roof leaked in the valley at the first snow melt. After numerous calls to Wade the crew (not Wade) came out to look at it. Said the cause was leaking from the siding. Tried to explain that there was not snow build up when I called, Took them so long to respond that it had snowed twice since I called. After numerous calls and several visits the crew foreman (not Wade) came out and re-installed the flashing in the valley (exactly the problem I said). The roof has not leaked since. (2 years now) I understand that roofs can be tricky in the northeast, but Wade's lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to listen (sometimes the customer knows what they are talking about) is the reason I would not recommend this company. In addition I still have not received the warranty that I was supposed to get two years ago,"
