"We recently completed a home addition project with Frank, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The work included a particularly complex installation of a steel support beam, and Frank handled it with absolute precision and skill. His attention to detail and commitment to meticulous quality were evident every step of the way. What really set Frank apart was his transparency and communication. He kept us updated daily, explaining the process clearly and making sure there were no surprises along the way. He showed up every day, worked consistently, and delivered the project on time. The pricing was more than fair given the scope and quality of the work, and we always felt we were getting exceptional value. We couldn’t be more pleased with the final result, and we would hire Frank again without hesitation. "Very well. I met with 6 contractors over the course of one year- searching for someone with a decent price and who seemed trustworthy. I signed with Tim to replace my roof and siding the day we met. As with many home projects, things came and the cost grew. I believe Tim was extremely fair in pricing. He and his team worked all winter to complete the siding and roof- both look beautiful!"
