From the initial consultations, where we received excellent and knowledgeable advice, through the planning, scheduling, and execution of the job, everything went completely smoothly and on time and on budget. The quality of the work, along with attention to detail, respect for our home, and cleanup were outstanding in every way. The installers, Donnie and Travis, worked hard and meticulously, coming early and staying late, solved some challenging issues, and did a a perfect job. Bob "Ski" who planned the project, did an incredible job of giving excellent advice, guiding us in our choices, managing the work, and always being available for whatever was needed. The whole company, including the people in the office, are first-rate. We love our new floor, and could not be happier with everyone at Riverview. He answered all of our questions and was obviously proud of his job and the company. We decided on the spot to sign a contract. We were given a date of six to eight weeks for installment, The job was finised in less than a month. Lance Jacobson and Raymond Robinson were the installers. They were polite and worked constantly. They d id not take breaks except to eat lunch. They had to work in a confined space and did no damage to the work area. They were expeienced and enjoyed what theu were doing. A supervisor checked on them and talked to us the second day. I recommend Premier Home Pro, Brandon, and Lance and Raymond. The only problem is with the shower curain rod. It does not allow for two sepate rods to move the shower curtains."

Jared not only fixed the problem, but told me what was wrong and showed me what was causing them. Best yet, he only charged me for the work and not for just coming out to look at the problems. "Outstanding craftsman, does excellent work. Michael Connor remodeled our existing, dated game room. He removed the paneled walls and old stained ceiling, replaced these with dry wall, cove molding, floors and baseboard in a most beautiful manner. He also did a great job on the steps to the upstairs using stained oak with 2 hand rails for safety. Then he redid our small bathroom in the adjacent utility room. But the crowning glory is the wet bar with oak trim all over. It is unique and stunning!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
