Cassie called with a start date and on a Monday Caleb and Andrew came out to demo the existing porch, and by Friday afternoon we had a brand new porch of composite material, amazing rails and black trim on all exposed wood. It looks gorgeous!!! The guys were so easy to be around, weâ re neat, nice and didnâ t seem to mind the peeping eyes of our grands! "Awesome! HIGHLY recommend! Rick came to my home for an estimate. He arrived promptly and he gave me a lot of good information which helped me make a decision. He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. Atlantic Siding began when they said. The job was very extensive and labor intensive as there was a considerable amount of replacement wood involved. They were very professional and always available for questions we had. They let us know about major problems and how they would be handled and whether we approved or not.

The job was completed quickly and the final result was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely recommend Atlantic Siding to others.

"I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the window to be installed. At the 8 week point I called Champion to find out when it would be installed. The girl answering the phone was rude and kept insisting that they had called me to set up a day to install it and that I didn't return the call. That is not true because we have an answering machine they could have left a message on and there was never a message. I told her this but she insisted they had called. Then she told me it would be another week or two  before they could install our door because they had to be out in our area. I called the salesman who sold us the door and he took care of it and our door was installed the following week.
The man who installed our door was very nice and did a very good job. A week after it was installed I noticed the door didn't close tightly at the top. I called Champion and they sent him back out in a few days. The guy said the door was warped and we may have to wait 6-8 weeks for the new one to be installed.
 I gave an A rating for professionalism. The salesman and the installer were professional, the girl answering the phone get's an F.

"The paint and work is guanteed, I've had to call them back for caulk issues in 2010 and 2012 but they have always been responsive and very friendly. They did a good job on my house and I have been very happy with my paint job. It was a  decision between hoosier permanant coating or siding and this was the least expensive way to go. I would do it again. Paul the owner has been very easy to work with and Anita has always been friendly and efficient. Thanks guys, good job."
