"Disappointed that it's been 5 months and I still don't have my cushions even though I've paid for the material and he's been out to my house 3 times to "remeasure" for the project. It's been one excuse after another for why the cushions aren't finished. (Sewing machine broke down, busy with other projects, made the cushions the wrong size, etc.)and now Dan is not responding to my texts, and not addressing my requests for return of the deposit of $2000.00 he received. I guess my next option is to take him to small claims court. So Disappointed!?"
