"I had a very disappointing experience with Trusted Handz. While the technician was able to initially diagnose the issue, the overall service lacked organization and clear communication from start to finish. Appointments were delayed or canceled with little notice, and there was confusion between technicians regarding the correct part needed for the repair. Additionally, I never received an invoice after paying the service fee, despite multiple requests. The final technician arrived with the incorrect part, and the situation was never properly resolved. My washing machine was left disassembled and in an unclean condition. Due to the ongoing delays and lack of resolution, I ultimately chose to purchase a new washing machine. I hope the company can improve its communication, coordination, and overall customer service moving forward. "
