He could've easily sold me a total replacement but didn't. Bottom line - they know their stuff, offer top of the line products and take pride in their work. Best of all? They have a conscience, they LISTEN and really care about their customers. You might shop and save a few bucks but you will not get a better fence and feeling that it was money well spent. "Great experience! Love the finished product! We were connected with Harris & Co through the folks we were hiring to pave our driveway. Josh, the owner reached out to me to schedule time, he came up with a design that brought granite pavers and cobblestones together to finish the side entrance and where the garage meets the driveway that was better than I could have imagined. From there, he ran with ordering materials, meeting the timeline, getting the materials on site and bringing in quality guys to do the job. There was an issue with a drain pipe that was installed that would have impacted how the stones were laid and Josh identified and rectified it by adding a right angle to the pipe. That alone, showed that he genuinely cared about the quality and the customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend."

"Kiril installed full irrigation system and reseeded lawn. He also changed fence for damaged sections and some other landscape work. Overall, I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism. He was very responsive and finished the work fairly quickly. There were few tuning things that needed to be done afterwords and Kiril responded and took care of them without hesitation, many times on weekends. Recommend him to anyone."

"I have been completely satisfied with providers I've used thru Angie's List but this guy was not forthcoming. I needed a roofer due to a damaged kitchen ceiling and an approaching storm on the horizon. Unfortunately, I chose Otto over another provider. Originally, he gave me an estimate of $5,000. Ten minutes after he left, he called me to say he didn't measure the roof accurately & asked for $2,000 more. Due to the emergency situation, I agreed. Once, he had the product he told me the roof would last for twenty years. After he completed the job with the exception of finishing a strip over the inside porch, he said oh, the roof probably won't last twenty years! One of his workers left 2 strips of attached staples on top of the roof. He never came back to complete the job. I called several times within the next two years. At least 6 times he promised to come & finally, the last time I spoke with him was spring of 2017. His final response was "I decided I'm not coming out to finish the job". I would never recommend him to anyone. His attitude was lousy & he was anything but forthcoming.."

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

The true value in working with kba is the quality of craftsman they employee. Their finish carpenter is a consummate professional and daily impressed my wife and I with his skill and expertise. The entire third floor was ripped down to the studs and re-laid out to create an open Coastal Corttage interior design dream space. I've done many construction projects and remodels over the years and KBA is hands down the most honest group I've ever worked with."
