"One window had bad wood around the frame. When we mentioned it to the contractor it wasn't addressed, and they installed the new window anyway. In Addition, on the same window the lower left corner of the window frame is loose and needs nailed back in."

"Poor attitude and damaged tile when installing a glass shower enclosure. Time it took to get installed after paying more than a 50% deposit was extensive due to poor measurements. Overall feeling of being taken advantage of. Do not recommend and wish I had gone with the vendor I had originally chosen. Not professional at all. Finding reputable venders on the Cape is very challenging!"

After it was installed I realized it was way too tall for my backyard ( my fault for niot realizing this in advance). They returned promptly and cut the fence down to 2 ft. ( at a reasonable cost).
