Andrei discovered a few issues with the plywood sheathing dating back to when the house was built and he knew exactly how to fix it. He made just a few suggestions (during the job) which I really appreciated. He asked if I had any intentions of replacing the south side bedroom window because replacement would be much easier and less costly if they "trimmed out" the perimeter first, before applying the cedar shingles there. I do need to replace that window fairly soon, so his suggestion was quite timely. I will definitely call upon Bel Islands Home improvement again!"
