"Decided not to hire this company. Prices were about what was expected, but product seemed a bit lower in quality than some comparable items I shopped around for. The reason for the lower rating is do to the showcase room. Twice, I trekked over to the showcase brick and mortar building. Both times I confirmed business hours. Both times no one was there to open up the facility. I waited 40 minutes after opening hours for an employee to open up the showroom. During that time, I called multiple times - no one answered. I left and ran another errand, returning about an hour later. No one there and no one answering phone. I called a 'main' number. I was simply told they were open. I tried explaining that no one was there. No one called me back, either, after leaving my information on a messaging service at the showcase room. Oh well...I gave up."

"The deck turned out very nice. Calvin is very prifess and easy to work with. He listens to what want you want donex and goes from there. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. He has great communication skills and is very dependable."

Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"We found Terry through Angie's List. Left a message and he called back promptly. Walked through project with us in advance, answered questions thoroughly. Found good, reliable and reasonable subs for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Helped us time purchases of materials to save on materials costs. Helped us with details for permits. Stayed in communication, adapted to changes in our schedule, always let us know if he would arrive later than expected. The fit and finish are very good. <br /> Because there isn't much he can't do, we had him do additional jobs outside of the basement finish--helped finish attic area for storage, cut and installed hardwood floor trim and did other handyman work. <br /> Terry was flexible with us in working until we used the budget we had set aside (we knew it wouldn't finish the entire basement). We will call him when we've set aside enough to continue. <br /> We found him trustworthy, friendly, very competent and reasonable. His work was very well done, and finished when he said it would be. He seems to know scores of building trades people. If we asked him a question and he couldn't answer it, he immediately phoned somebody who could. We will definitely use Terry again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. <br />"

"We were very happy with the results. The work really transformed the appearance of our home interior. Dates for work were agreed upon and kept. Phone calls were always returned promptly. This company will probably not be the cheapest, but it will be one of the best groups with which to work. They will help with ideas and will deliver great work with a minimum of hassle."

"We spent about $60000 on their services. One of the reasons we chose to go with them was because, they’re affiliated with the three day kitchen and bathrooms. So they were able to come in and do our kitchen and both of our bathrooms in two weeks time frame. So we didn’t have to go through months and months over a construction project. " Company provided good information on product options, pros and cons of each; gave us plenty of options of siding to go with.  He allowed us to make the decision; we weren't "pushed" into his choice.  Delivered materials on time and crew started right away.  Messy prep work; but to be expected on the project.  When unplanned issues came up, he contacted us to tell us and let us make the decision on changes.  Work was completed on time and we have been very happy with the results, no callbacks or problems.  It is important to do homework and shop around so that one is familiar with products, do ask questions, do ask for references that you can drive by and see.  Overall, this was a very positive experience that enhanced the value of our house and added curb appeal; we highly recommend this company. <br />"
