"Ascent Mobility was the most reasonably priced quote we received, the salesman Aaron was very well spoken and was not a hard sell at all. He showed us all the options and let us make our decision. They were able to expedite the installation and the technician who did the work was friendly and very knowledgeable."

"Installation and installator were very professional. However 2 weeks later the lift developed a bump in the folding rail and the chair pitches for ward. Had to call twice for customer service. Person came spent 5 minutes, did not even ride the chair and said I’m sorry that’s just the way it is and left. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry and do my homework. Customer service can make or break a company. I’m not sure I would recommend this company, I STILL NEED MY CHAIR FIXED. Debra Tattan"

"I had initially contacted Adaptive Mobility about a quote for a ramp. Because of the amount of space that was going to require under our carport, I looked into a wheelchair lift. Since that was out of our budget, I decided an outdoor stairlift might work the best. Mike was very helpful in helping me come to the right decision for our situation and provided the quotes quickly. Even though this lift was installed for getting my husband in and out of the house, I love it for bringing up groceries, 40 lb bags of pellets for our pellet stove, and carrying the trash out. It has already been a huge help for us!!"

"The technician (Matt) resolved the known problems with our stair chair-lift and then detected another problem that he then also resolved. Capable, knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up getting my money's worth, even though this company has a pretty stout $175 flat service fee."

"The service person, Jake, was a very polite, nice and caring young man who took the time to explain the next steps in my repair. He wore a face mask and gloves, which I appreciated because of Covid19. I look forward to them getting the parts to complete the repair on my stairlifts."

FAQs for stairlift installation and replacement projects in Denver, CO

Adding a dumbwaiter to your home can greatly enhance convenience and efficiency. Imagine effortlessly transporting groceries, laundry, or firewood between floors without physical strain. A dumbwaiter eliminates the hassle of carrying heavy items up and down stairs, improving accessibility and streamlining your daily tasks. It's a smart addition that can make your home function more smoothly and safely, especially if you have mobility constraints.

Yes, dumbwaiters are legal in most areas, provided they comply with local building codes and safety regulations. It's important to ensure that any dumbwaiter you install meets current safety standards and has the necessary third-party certifications. Avoid DIY or homemade systems, as these won't pass inspections and can be very dangerous.

Always work with a reputable manufacturer and a professional installer to ensure your dumbwaiter is safe and legal. This way, you can enjoy the convenience it offers without worrying about compliance issues.

The time it takes to install a dumbwaiter can vary depending on the complexity of your project. If you're installing a dumbwaiter into an existing shaft, the process might only take a few hours. However, if you need to construct a new shaft, it could take anywhere from one to seven days. Factors like modifications to walls, rerouting electrical lines, and adjusting plumbing can add to the timeline, especially if your installation spans multiple floors. Working with a professional ensures the installation is done safely and efficiently.
