"CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERTISE THAT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE Yesterday I had to find someone to fix my elderly mother's 15 year old stair lift that she 100% depends on to get in and out of her second story condo. Somehow, I was lucky enough to get the business name Freedom Rampz . I called and was immediately given an appointment the next day which meant so much to me and my mom. Mike Burke, the owner of the company and Jennifer Gallardo came to my mother's home and did something that I have never, ever seen in my life. After Mike figured out that he did not service the type of stair lift that my mother had, instead of declining the job and saying that he could not help, he immediately started troubleshooting the issues in an almost 100 degree hallway. Yep-no AC and the hottest day of the year. After doing several steps of troubleshooting, Mike then called the manufacturer to try and understand the inner workings of this very old lift and understand what could possibly be wrong. Mike spent at least 1.5 hours just troubleshooting and trying to fix this lift as inexpensively as possible. He said that if he took the lift apart and did some testing he could possibly fix it, but, no guarantees because of the age. I asked him to move forward. I knew that if this did not work, we would need to invest in a new lift and it would be more expensive. Mike took the lift apart, replaced what he thought was wrong and the stair lift worked again just like new! I could not and will never be able to express my thanks to Mike and Jennifer! Regardless of the outcome; a fixed lift or a brand new install of a new stair lift, Mike was going to get my business. I knew that instead of going for the big sale and trying to gouge his customer, he was trying to fix the lift as inexpensively as possible. But, we knew that since the lift was 15 years old, we were likely going to have to buy a new one. I want to thank Mike and Jennifer from the bottom of my heart for their heartfelt work and expertise. THEY MORE THAN CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I would recommend them to anyone at any time. If for some reason you have to wait for your appointment with Mike and have the time, it is WELL WORTH IT. You will be another happy customer writing a review just like mine. These 2 people were my angels today for sure! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Also, very reasonably priced!"
