"Steps were too small for the area. The bottom step has a huge gap between the step and the concrete patio. So, when you step off the bottom step you have to make sure you do a wide step onto the patio, or else your foot slips backwards off the concrete 4 inches backwards into the gravel. I also had the person install an outside light fixture while he was there, as he had time. He charged me $80 to install a $39 light fixture. The light fixture was brand new, out of the box. The light didn't work, he KNEW the light fixture wasn't working, yet didn't offer to TRY to fix the light. Never followed up to see if the light ever worked."
