"They had a difficult time getting information on our lift since the secretary had quit and the boss was having to do everything in the office, and so things were slow in getting information to our repairmen. They spent their wasted time in cleaning and oiling the lift and framework while waiting for their questions to be answered. The men where very helpful."

"Installation and installator were very professional. However 2 weeks later the lift developed a bump in the folding rail and the chair pitches for ward. Had to call twice for customer service. Person came spent 5 minutes, did not even ride the chair and said I’m sorry that’s just the way it is and left. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry and do my homework. Customer service can make or break a company. I’m not sure I would recommend this company, I STILL NEED MY CHAIR FIXED. Debra Tattan"

"I was thoroughly impressed with Tony's work. There are many touches that are difficult to explain. He pays very close attention to details such as fit and finish (no large gaps between boards, straight cuts) and style (suggesting slight changes to my proposed design to make it look better, angles cut into top of posts, etc.) He showed up each morning right around 8 am (agreed time) and worked fairly long days. He thoroughly explained several steps when we had to deviate from the original plans due to the construction of my house. I would highly recommend him to anyone for work. I also have several ideas for future work that I have discussed with him and will definitely hire him again. After the construction was complete, he offered me a very nice surprise. He is also constructing at the Ohio State School of Cosmetology and has an agreement with them to offer a free spa treatment to all of his Angie's List customers!"
