"Installation and installator were very professional. However 2 weeks later the lift developed a bump in the folding rail and the chair pitches for ward. Had to call twice for customer service. Person came spent 5 minutes, did not even ride the chair and said I’m sorry that’s just the way it is and left. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry and do my homework. Customer service can make or break a company. I’m not sure I would recommend this company, I STILL NEED MY CHAIR FIXED. Debra Tattan"

I am a very critical person when it comes to details and proper work and I kind of hung over their shoulders watching and they did not miss a beat! I had 230 ft.² two hallways and an off level entry point they had it done within a days time! I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was impressed.
