"Prior to our appointment today a time window for arrival was provided between 8am-10am.  Darrell called promptly at 8am to let us know he would arrive between 8:30am-9:00am, he was there right at 8:30am!  Darrell was great upon arrival, he did a quick review of the work that needed to be done and then went to the truck to get supplies and get started.  Darrell took to the time to ask me before the ceiling fan went up, what side of the blades I wanted showing, as one side was slightly darker than the other.  I wouldn't have known the difference but it was great of him to ask.   <br /> As the work was taking place a drop cloth was placed over our bed to ensure no dirt/dust, etc. got into it.  Also any drywall, etc. was vacuumed up as well.  When Darrell brought me up to see the final product you couldn't even tell that he had just been cutting into the drywall.  He gave me a instructions on the fan and how to use it properly before he left.  The price we paid for the work was exactly as the original estimate we received. <br /> This was  GREAT experience, and I was so pleased with the work Darrell did.  He was on time, friendly and got the job done.  We will definitely have them back to wiring for lighting in our other rooms once we get those projects. <br />"
