"Technician Casey actually was running ahead and showed up early. I had a broken spring on one of two garage doors. Decided before he came that if he appeared competent I would have him overhaul both doors as they were the same age. He was expert at repairing the operating mechanism of the doors, so I had him do both. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Prompt and competent."
