This was only the first of many projects that we will have done by A Plus Landscaping, they truly live up to their name! "The owner of the company was very professional, capable, and did phenomenal work. We had significant issues with poor drainage under the foundation. The ground around the perimeter of our house was always soaked. This contractor did a phenomenal job. The contractor dug several trenches and connected our downspouts to a network of underground pipes to divert water away from house. All the pipes then connected to a rain garden. He also regraded our ground to ensure groundwater was not directed to our foundation. Long gone are the days of a backyard swamp and in the long run he saved our foundation ( did I mention our concrete block was sitting in 12 inches of water). After weeks went by, he even made a surprise visit to see how his work performed after a recent torrential downpour. Bottom line, this contractor is highly professional, skilled, and was reasonably priced. He gave us an estimate that he did not deviate from and completed the work on time. His experience and expertise were invaluable."

Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."
