"Tim Vaal and his crew installed a kitchen backsplash for us. It required tearing out the old backsplash, repairing the wall behind it, and installing new tile. I have installed backsplashes before, so I do know what is required. I can't do it anymore due to a problem with my left arm/hand. Tim and his crew completed the entire project in 1 1/2 days. He offered a couple of suggestions that were better than what my wife and I had considered...and they actually saved us some money! It is usually possible to find a mistake somewhere, when you have something like this done, but I can honestly say this job is flawless! And there was not even a speck of dust when they were done. I love the fact that we didn't have any cleanup to do. Tim and his crew are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and punctual. If it were possible to rate him higher than five stars, I would readily rate him at ten stars. We will definately be using his company again."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011. Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with. The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed. Thank you Jill.

"First of all the communication before, during and after was top-tier. Cliff made the process so easy from the estimate to the final day. Workmanship was quality and he had to think on the fly many times in our situation with an older home. He made the necessary changes and never short cut the problem. The Kitchen turned out better than expected and even with hiccups. Cliff always thought of the customer and my wife was very happy with the finished product. We have plans for more work and he will be without a doubt our first call. Super funny and nice guy with great help! Highly recommend! Price was within our budget and there were no up charge⠦⠦.yes you heard that right!!! Do yourself a favor and make the call . Probably will contract after you meet him. Great guy⠦⠦great company! "Amanda was really very good! At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.
