"Calls were returned promptly.  A fee is charged for an estimate.  If you proceed with the estimated repairs, the estimate is credited against the total charges for the repairs.  The work was scheduled for a specific date and time and was completed exactly as promised.  The roof was shingled in 2001 and EJS found the exact shingles used so that the repair is entirely invisible.  The source of the leak turned out to be improper initial installation of the shingles around the vent stack by another roofing company.  All the interactions with EJS were professional and they let me know they stand behind the work they have done.  I would use this company again because of their obvious expertise, skill, dependability and courtesy.

Tim made improvement suggestions when replacing the original flashing and exceeded code standards when he replaced the ice and water shield. He was very helpful explaining the various shingle options so I could select the best product for my application. He kept in contact with me during the whole process to insure all my questions were answered and to insure I was satisfied with the work. His price was very competitive. "Roofco worked well with the Solar Company so the roof installation did not delay the solar panel installation.  Jamieson also patiently worked with us on the selection of appropriate products for a complicated application.  The workers were hard-working and cleaned up all evidence of the removal of the old shingles.  They repeatedly cleaned up the site, an absolute must since we have small grandchildren that frequent our yard!  The bid and work were prompt, and even a few extras services were even added at no additional cost.  We are happy with the final result and are thrilled to report after the recent downpours---not a single leak.
