"Ted Singer came out and gave me an estimate, and told me it would take two days to do. When they arrived, the foreman introduced himself and was polite. When they finished the first day, they told me the surface of my deck was really uneven and suggested an additional service, to add texture, that wasn't in the original estimate, which would cost an additional $ 450. They assured me it would look great. I've used them in the past, so I took their advice. It did end up looking great, overall, however there were two lighter areas that definitely didn't match the rest. I called them up, and they asked me to send them pictures, which I did. They came out a few days later and fixed the problem. I'm happy with the result. Ted also submitted a bid to the condo building where I lived, because a walkway was cracked outside my unit. It was less than another company had bid, so my HOA ended up using him for that job. Ted really went the extra mile. <br />"

"Jesus and his crew were awesome! Jesus especially was responsive and professional. He asked us questions to keep us involved and ensure we were getting what we wanted, but balanced that out well with professional suggestions and expertise. He was as punctual as any contractor I've ever dealt with, which was refreshing. It seemed important to JC Landworks to FINISH the job as quickly as they could after STARTING it, which helped us feel like valued customers, even though, I imagine, our project wasn't one of his highest-end. Drainage was a huge concern of mine given our hemmed-in backyard, but JC's crew used their laser levels to survey the grade and drainage is spot on. The results were fantastic and we've already recommended him to a friend of ours for their patio project."

"The entire process took about a week which included - preparation of the areas to be resurfaced, texture coat, color coat, sealing coat.  Also we had the exiting concrete brick planter areas painted with another colored coating product to coordinate with our existing patio and new resurfaced areas. I would estimate that the area resurfaced was about 2000 square feet and about 200 linear feet of 3-4 high brick was recoated. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The concrete for some of the areas was over 30 years old and other parts had been lifted and discolored.  The lifted areas were ground down or floated as needed before the process began.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />You can get a pretty good idea of the various products and applications of the Company by looking at their website.
