After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. We feel that we chose the best, and they didn't break our bank."

"Called Excalibur and a gentlemen came to inspect the damage. After about 1 1/2 hours' inspection, I was given the assessment of damage and costs to repair and replace damaged areas. We set an appointment and they came at the determined time. The crew worked all day to replace and repair areas on roof, as was written in the inspection report. All work was done in a timely fashion and they cleaned up after their work. Excalibur is a great company to work with and I feel very confident recommending them for any roof repair work.

"I had a 75-foot wood fence replaced. My fence needed repair and Star came by within 24 hours to address the issue. Star immediately took care of the problem! Professional, timely and conscientious! "They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Overall great job.  Answered my questions about up-charges beyond standard colors before purchase.  They made an appointment after we purchased the deal and came out and confirmed size and color (which ended up being a really close match to the rest of the house).  They then came back and Installed a new granite countertop and back splash in our office.  They were very conscientious about our back wall not being completely straight and asked about it before installing the back splash.  Job looks great and really finished off the new cabinets in our office.

"The price was slightly high. At first, his responsiveness was an A then he went to an F and he went back to an A. I had to call him again and he hadn't returned calls for a couple of days. He calls me Sir all the time. He's very respectful and very careful about putting towels on the ladder so it wouldn't damage the stucco. He didn't damage any plants and any sprinklers. They were very cautious about my personal property. I would go back. He's better than some other painters. He did the job and they came unresponsive after that. He understood wood, paint, coatings and application. He's very good that way."

Western Pacific Roofing came to the rescue just before this last big rain. They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms. We survived the rain, they returned the next business day after the rains. Roof is repaired and I’m completely satisfied with my overall experience.
