"I was impressed by how fast, clean, and thorough their work was. Every day, they came in on time. They cleaned after themselves when they were done for the day. I have nothing to say but good things about this company. Best value and excellent service. I would definitely recommend and use them for any roofing needs that can come up in the future. Thank you Adrian and crew for the new roof over our home :)"

",They showed up on time with a full crew and the removal of the old roof went smoothly.  The problems began when they started installing the chipped wood ply that was laid the under the shingles.  Our house has all open beam ceilings and as they were nailing down wooden layer they missed the beams with nails 67 times leaving holes in our ceiling. They patched the holes, but I was still left with the job of final smoothing and painting of the repairs.  At the completion of the job I went up on the roof to look it over, and found that they had completely roofed over a vent from the master bedroom bath that should have had a whirly bird vent.  They had installed the whirly bird at a kitchen vent where it probably will do little good.  They cut a whole in the new roof for the bathroom vent and installed a plain vent there. They actual roof itself will probably work just fine at protecting the house, but their attention to detail left a lot to be desired."

"Gregg was very professional. He always returned phone calls promptly & followed through with each step of the project as planned. Since the work was done on our vacation home, he sent pictures to us electronicallyto keep us updated on the work. The roof was expensive, but looks great & we are hoping lasts a LONG time. Corwin & the work crew were awesome & very responisve. They cleaned up after the project, and everything looks great. I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs."

"We had received estimates from several roofers with various recommendations and prices. My girlfriend referred me to Todd and said he was the best...and yes, he is! He came up to Mountain Center (not many will), reviewed the roof, explained in detail what he felt needed to be done. He had references with him and answered all our questions. We decided to go ahead. We belong to an HOA with strict rules and Todd took care of contacting them the same day, even though it took him 3 hours of constant calling to reach the right person. He filled out all the necessary paperwork and they approved the job. It took less than a week from that phone call to a completed job. He is extremely detailed and lets you know step by step progress. His crew is as dependable and professional as he is. Clean work done on time. We are extremely pleased with our new foam roof! Thank you Todd!"

"Excellent! I could not have asked for a better crew. JT, Shaun, Pedro and Kayla were my direct contacts and all were very professional. Western Pacific Roofing came to the rescue just before this last big rain. They were not prepared to repair my roof upon first observation, however, they were able to secure the exposed area so as not to allow further damage from the impending rain storms. We survived the rain, they returned the next business day after the rains. Roof is repaired and I’m completely satisfied with my overall experience. Western Pacific Roofing has become my go to company for all of my properties’ roofing needs..."

FAQs for metal roofing installation and replacement projects in Desert Hot Springs, CA

Copper roofs can last 100 years or more, so you’re likely never to need another replacement. Regular maintenance, including annual inspections and occasional cleaning, keeps them in top shape. Work with a licensed roofer for any repairs or inspections to be sure the roof stays watertight and performs as expected.

Cleaning a copper roof averages $460, sealing costs an average of $3 per square foot, and broader repairs cost an average of $6,500.While those figures may seem steep compared to simple maintenance, they’re still far less than the cost of a complete replacement. Staying on top of annual cleanings and quick fixes helps keep costs down and allows the roof to reach its 100-year lifespan.

That green hue is a natural patina that forms as copper reacts with air and moisture. In coastal areas, it can appear in five to seven years; in dry regions, it may take up to 14. The patina shields the copper, so letting it develop is perfectly fine. If you prefer the shiny look, you can have a pro apply a clear sealant and recoat it as needed.

You can paint a copper roof, but it will block the natural patina and may shorten the roof’s lifespan. Once paint goes on, future upkeep becomes more involved—you’ll need to scrape and repaint every few years. Most homeowners skip painting and opt for cleaning or a clear sealant to keep the copper looking its best.

Copper holds up well in nearly every climate. In a humid region, it naturally resists fungus, moss, and algae. In snowy or windy areas, it sheds precipitation and stays firmly in place, as long as it’s installed with room to expand and contract. That flexibility helps the roof stay leak-free through temperature swings and harsh weather year after year.
