"Foundation repair for detached garage. Relatively simple job, but happy with the results and how the crew conducted themselves when on my property. Would hire again, and recommend as well."

"Had a great experience with Brown Foundation, specifically Phillip. Had him come check out my crawl space for moisture, because a section of my wood floors are cupping a bit. Phiilip showed up, evaluated the entirety of my crawl space and gave me detailed feedback on what was needed to fix the issue. Turns out it was a small plumbing issue that should cost WAY less to repair than I originally feared. Was happy he didn't try to upsell me or give me some sort of minimal report on what I needed, which would have required me to do more time-consuming research. Highly recommend."

"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! "I highly recommend working with Jessica from BuildWell. She helped us a lot with our foundation."

"Foundation Support Specialists were well represented by the crew, led by foreman Cornell, that installed 11 foundation piers at our home in September 2024. The team of 4, including co-foreman Lee and installers Zero and Angel, carried out well-coordinated duties that culminated in job completion on a Sunday. After reviewing with me (homeowner) the work performed, it was very apparent that they had exercised great care in leaving landscaping within and adjacent to the needed excavations as close to how they found it."

"This company is filled with people who are professional, friendly, helpful and know their jobs. My driveway was severely cracked and posed a real safety risk. Now my driveway looks brand new, not a single crack or uneven surface. I appreciate the fact that they showed up when they said they would. They were a pleasure to work with. If I ever needed concrete repair, foundation work and such, I would hire them again I a heartbeat. I highly recommend Tests!"

"We had water in one of our rental units and thought that it was a problem with the foundation. I had Kevin meet me there. He was awesome. Luckily, the water intrusion was due to the dirt being too high around the exterior of the foundation. Kevin quickly spotted this and made great recommendations on drainage to fix the issue. I certainly will call him again with any foundation issues with any of our rentals or personal residence."
