Arthur was easy to work with, better in his pricing than other contractors in the area, and eager to please. We decided on wood stairs at the last minute so he went above and beyond to find a good and reasonable contractor to finish out that part of the work. In conclusion, we are very satisfied with the entire project and highly recommend Arthur for your next project."

"Two spanish-speaking young men did the install. Although they spoke Spanish, they managed to communicate essential information about the installation. They first confirmed that the material they installed matched the existing flooring. Then they leveled each floor before putting down the laminate. I requested sealing the laminate to the baseboards but they said the company policy was to not do this due to movement of the walls and floor. They cleaned up after the job and put back furniture where it went. Overall, I am very satisfied."

"I recently have gone thru a remodeling nightmare spending $$ thousands $$ of dollars and experiencing the worst drywall and paint job I've ever seen.
To correct this I went to Angie's List and found Alvarez Painting Company. Paul Alvarez, the owner and General Contractor, was absolutely wonderful to work with! He assessed my issues, gave me a very reasonable bid, showed up on time with a professional and English speaking crew, sanded all my walls and cabinets down, used **quality paint**, covered all furniture, floors, counters, used extreme care in handling breakables, and did a fantastic job fixing the mess I was left with the first time around.  Paul was also on property and working along side his crew the entire time so If I had any questions/problems, they were handled immediately.  At the end of each day there was no mess, STRESS and very little dust. When they completed this phase of my project, they replaced all switch plates, etc, moved all items back to their original places. I could barely tell they had been there...no paint in my bushes, sidewalk, carport, brick....VERY Impressive!

Whether you live in a million dollar home or a small condo, they will treat your project with the same respect and pride in workmanship. Angie's list rated them an A+, I would rate them an A+++!
I am having Paul come back and finish out my bedrooms and then my home will be showroom ready, at least on the inside!  Fixing the yard up is going to be another beast of a project!

"I required hard wood floor installation but they only install pre-finished re-engineered wood flooring. However, they provided excellent advise on various wood and carpeted floors. If I decided to re-carpet my bedroom, I would provide them the opportunity to bid. Good communication and overall advice."
