"David was on time and on budget. His work was first rate and I wholeheartedly recommend his services."

"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. They receive my highest recommendation. M.K H."

"He does beautiful work. I would definitely hire him again when I need something done."

"Steve and his crew did an outstanding job on several projects during our home renovation. He built an outstanding kitchen/entertaining area."

"Aaron and his team are good, hard-working and honest people. It was very refreshing to have someone come and listen to what we wanted without trying to sell us on something we didnâ t. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure that the job is done RIGHT and not just slapping it up to get it done. I had gotten several estimates before starting our project and I was impressed that he did not gauge us with ungodly estimates like we saw from others just because weâ re down at the beach surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. With Aaron & his team anything is possible! I love that they think outside the box and helped us to design a bathroom that is our favorite room in our house! Aaron is now remodeling our kitchen and I canâ t wait to see the results!"

"My husband and I were both impressed with the skill, courtesy and commitment to customer satisfaction of the owner of this company, Jeff, and his staff. Artistic suggestions were â spot onâ , transforming our â 60â sâ bathroom into a beauty! Our trust and complete satisfaction has resulted in our decision to select this construction company for another major project. A special thanks to Daniel, the ownerâ s son-in-law, who was delightful and attentive to all of our requests/questions as the work progressed."

"Friendly and trustworthy. I have them unsupervised access to my home with zero worry. They were not the least expensive but Not the most expensive. I will hire them again for future projects."
