"Repaired my central air. Olman was terrific, prompt, courteous and excellent service. With this outfit, you can't go wrong."

"Art came out to give us an estimate.... he was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave a competitive bid (we had other bids). The installation was done by Mario and Chad...very professional and excellent quality. The unit they replaced was in a very difficult location and they were not phased at all by this. We were very impressed with Surgi's."

"Roosevelt and the Presidential team were extremely professional, punctual, communicated well and did and excellent job installing my dual zone mini split AC system. I highly recommend them for your project."

"This is the best AC company I have ever used. I have had them come out two times for issues, and both times were great. They are very responsive, quick appointment availability and knowledgeable. I like the fact that they are not like the bigger AC companies that are out there to rip people off. Never hesitate to use this company. They are great."
