"While I could nitpick a couple clean-up things that were missed and an area on front porch that wasn't as neat as I would have liked, it wouldn't be fair. Nothing is ever perfect. We are so pleased. These guys did a great job on all levels. They really know what they're doing. They even did better than expected on a couple untameable problems. Raffaelle is extremely professional. He gave a written quote and professional invoice for our records. "After looking at our two repair jobs, Nosh explained in detail the work he proposed to do and the cost for each.  He discussed the options with us for fixing the front porch brick, and we agreed with his recommendation to replace all of the bricks rather than a piecemeal brick by brick replacement (about half of the bricks were bad).  Nosh impressed us with his knowledge and professional manner, so we decided to have him do the work. 
Nosh started in immediately, going to three different brick sources until he found bricks that would be a close match to the bricks on our house.  He started work on the porch promptly the next morning, arriving early in the morning and working until late afternoon when it started to rain.  He returned early again the next day and finished the chimney late that afternoon.  When working on the chimney, he had planned to replace 5 or 6 courses of bricks on the chimney, but found he had to go down about 9 courses instead (he had to buy additional bricks to complete the job).  He did not charge for the extra bricks or additional labor.  He also discovered a cracked section of flue, which he replaced for only the wholesale cost of the flue liner.  He also replaced one brick on the front of the house that had cracked, and again didn't charge for the extra work.
We are very pleased with the final result.  Nosh did excellent work, and clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.  He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and when he finds additional unforeseen issues, he corrects them to make it right (the cracked flue liner is a great example).  He leveled a section of concrete sidewalk in front of the porch, and reset and secured the concrete step up to the porch at no extra charge.  He took the time to find the right bricks to match the bricks from 2 decades ago used on our brick house - you'd never notice the bricks had been replaced.  Plus he's a fun guy to talk to.

"Gary repaired the two brick buttresses that had pulled away
from the main front porch by using a mortar formulated with latex to expand and
contract to allow for changes in climate conditions. The structural wing on the
left side of my home was deconstructed and rebuilt after Gary poured a
foundation footing below the frost line to prevent another occurrence of
fracturing through ice forming beneath the brickwork. I was very impressed by Gary?s
enthusiasm to solve a masonry problem. Gary has an inquisitive nature as to why
and what conditions would cause masonry to fail. He asked the age of the
building and noted that the stone work incorporated an old but very secure
interlocking method of brick setting.I had asked Gary for a cost estimate for replacing
a concrete approach on my front porch as well as the cost installing a single concrete step for the side porch.
 I plan to have this work completed before the snow flies. Later I will get a price on demo and replacing
the floor in my two car garage. I would highly recommend Gary for his quality of work, pricing and timely
 manner in getting the job done!
