The installer removed and discarded the old carpeting, prepared the room for installation and installed the flooring in a very professional manner. They showed up, gave samples, provided multiple quotes for different areas, qualities, etc. and even offered additional suggestions for me to do to help keep the pet odors (from prior owners) from recurring. They were comparable to "big box / free install" prices but definitely had that small operation level of personal service that can't be matched.
