From there, they told me to conduct a diagnoses and repair to one line of connected plugs, the cost would be $365 per set, and that I had two, but they would only charge me for one. The set fee covered up to 4 hrs of work. The repair took 25 minutes and involved snipping a burned wire and re-twisting it with one that was in good condition to restore power. I later called to ask for the 20% Angies List Membership discount, and while hesitant, they honored it. This sort of balanced things out."
