"Randy F. and Hung L. did a superb job replacing my old original bathtub with a new modern walk in shower. The quality of the materials, fixtures, and the professional craftsmanship in installing them, exceeded my expectations. I will certainly recommend West Shore Home to family and friends."

"Bill gave my husband and me an estimate for a major plumbing job in an 80-year-old house where my brother lives. The old stack pipe was rusted and ready to crumble. There were leaks under the tub and pipes in the second-floor bathroom. Water leaked into the kitchen. We signed a contract with Bill to do the repairs and to install a walk-in shower to replace the tub. Bill did an outstanding job,. He kept us informed of progress with updates and pictures. We discussed any additional work that was needed, and made modifications as the job progressed. Bill also had other experts that were needed, such as an electrician to add a GFI and some other things. The new bathroom is beautiful. The walk-in shower is equipped with grab bars and built in shelves. The floor tile and shower tile are beautiful. We are very pleased with the completed job, and we appreciate Bill's professionalism and his outstanding work. We highly recommend Bret Homes and would defUnitedly hire them again."

"Calco did a great job from start to finish! Leo did a great job helping us design the new shower stall. Jarod came in to do the final measurements and give some additional suggestions for the design. Pierce and Valero were my installers. They did an incredible with the installation. They explained everything they were expecting to accomplish, from demolition to the finishing touches on the job. Pierce and Valero did a great job with the cleanup, too. They left nothing behind. This review wouldn't be complete without acknowledging Val. She kept everything on track and kept an open line of communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend Calco Design and Renovation for your bathroom remodel!"

"David and Jason were absolutely fantastic. The were very knowledgeable and very responsive and thorough. Communication was excellent. Everything was done correctly and they corrected prior work that others had done which was not done appropriately. They were punctual and completed all their task promptly. They completely cleaned everything up including all the smelly dirty water that came from a pipe that had not been connected appropriately that they fixed. Their rates were very reasonable. While they were here they even looked at other issues and fixed them without charging us anything additional. When a part installed failed resulting in intermittent leaking, David responded quickly and made repeated visits (each time the leaking started) until he could find the culprit. Once found, he quickly fixed it without charging any additional fees for the additional trips and time. When installing the wall mounted sink and toilet, he carefully measured everything and ensured the placement was up to code and would pass inspection. In fact, he insures that everything was up to code and redid some existing plumbing that did not meet code so that it would if inspected in the future. He also found a leak we did not know about which he also fixed and verified that it would not leak into the floors and walls anymore. When installing parts he was not familiar with he spent the time to carefully read the instructions to ensure that they too were installed correctly. Months later, we still have had no issue with any of their work and only have the best things to say about them. Beyond everything else previously stated, they were both just a pleasure to work with. We would most definitely hire them again for any future plumbing work before we would even consider hiring anyone else. I would have given them twice as many stars if that was possible."

"We are very happy with our new bathtub and stone enclosure. This company was very reliable and did a quality job. They left the house as they found it. Lynn and Rob Dworzak"

"Very professional installers of my new walk in shower. They repaired dry wall and did plumbing and shower installation. Very happy with the job."

"Hired a different contractor to install a new front door. They never completed the job even after several attempts calling them. Spoke to Wally. His guys came the next day and finished the work quickly, professionally and right. Should have used Wally in the first place."

"Paul was very nice to work with. Jeff and Vince were on time and did a great job installing my vanity, faucets, light, mirrors and toilet. They also painted the room. I was very happy with the work they did."

"Bath Fitters end product was fine...but had to comeback for a full second day to redo shower walls not installed quite right. No extra charge but took a day out of my life. I am pleased with the final result"
