A crack in the foundation had widened as a result of the lifting.  Since we were already on a tight budget, we anticipated the worse overrun.  However, BAU came up with a solution that fixed the issue and our additional cost was less than $500. A great relief.  The foreman on the job always kept us updated with a status along with the owner of the company.
