"The two 20 year old maple trees in my front yard needed trimming especially near the roof of the house and wires. The tall palm in my backyard needed the many dead fronds removed. The crew arrived promptly and went right to work. I was amazed how efficient and friendly they were explaining in detail what needed to be done. The cleanup was the best I had ever experienced. "They arrived approx as scheduled: were unable to repair the dripping faucet(suggested I replace it); determined that the replacement garbage disposal I had purchased was too large for the space and should be replaced with the same model as the old one and that there was already a water line for a refrigerator. I went out and bought the specified garbage disposal and they returned later in the day to replace it. They told me what water line to buy for the refrigerator but did not hook it up."
