Get matched with top yard drainage pros in Diamond Springs, CA

"Jamie and his crew were outstanding. Always professional, on time, on schedule, clean and my design was followed perfectly. I am a Facility Manager and have dealt with contractors in several of the trades including concrete for many years. This was top quality work done at a fair price. Jamie listened to what we wanted and made it happen just like we envisioned. We are revamping the front yard in a couple of years and Maranata will be our contractor."

My 12 year old queen palms are too big for me to trim any longer so I contacted Ivan 3 mos ago and he came out and did a complete makeover on my palms and bushes and we set up for a quarterly trim/cut!  He spent the entire day the first time really taking his time to make all my palms look amazing.  They aren't just trees in my yard, they are part of a beautiful background for my pool/backyard oasis.  He was on time and very professional.  He gave me a quote in writing and stuck to it.  The only thing that would make me happier is if they would hire someone who can climb the palms so I don't have to use someone else eventually.  :o(

Thanks Ivan!!

"Would highly recommend, honest and hard working. He did an outstanding job paving our driveway, He also put in a drain box for free and made sure we had proper drainage."

"The quality of work was excellent. Very good customer service. They pay attention to details. It was a reasonable price, and they were detail. From sweeping up to cleaning up the yard."

"We had been trying to install a patio in our backyard for several months to replace a damaged wooden deck that a previous owner had built (and bulit very poorly at that). With our own labor, we had demolished the deck, attempted to shore up the wooden patio cover, and excavated a pit for a paving stone patio... and then we ran out of gas. After calling several contractors, we finally chose John Irwin and Royal Garden Landscaping, as he indicated that he could do all the work that we wanted, which included re-using pavers that had been installed elsewhere in our yard for the new patio and doing some work on the patio cover to anchor it more securely.
The weekend before the work started was the tail end of the big storm system that swept through Northern California in early December, so the entire backyard was flooded, including the pit that we had dug for the foundation of the patio. John came over on a Saturday afternoon with a sump pump that he loaned us to drain the yard, and the work started the following Monday.
The entire week was on and off rain, but the Royal Garden Landscaping crew worked tirelessly over several days to complete the job. The mason did a great job, and the prep crew worked their butts off to get everything ready for the installation. When it came time to work on the patio cover, there were some significant difficulties for the crew, as the existing structure, like the deck that it once covered, was not especially well-built, but they literally worked into DARKNESS (remember this was early December) to get the work done. The entire job took four days total (an additional day was lost due to rain) and finished by Friday evening. John returned with the mason and the carpenter once the work was completed to do some follow up work, and he also made sure that the clean up was done properly. We are very happy with our new patio and appreciate all the work that John Irwin and Royal Garden Landscaping did to get it done in a timely and professional manner.

"We found the company to be both honest and very easy to work with. We told them our needs and budget and they came up with a great plan. Work was completed as promised in a VERY timely manor. The installers were respectful and professional. We do a lot of entertaining and our patio cover allows us to utilize our patio year round now. The sunscreens on our windows cut down considerably on heat coming through our windows helping keep our air conditioning costs down. We shopped around before we made our final decision and we are very happy we choose Sierra Sunscreens and Patio Covers not only receiving a great patio cover but also supporting a local business owner."

"Jerry and crew are great. Excellent work keeping on budget, stays in touch, listened carefully to what we wanted, showed up when he said he would, very polite crew respectful of our property, and stands fully behind his work, coming back as many times as needed to make sure everything is right, fully guaranteed. Highly recommended."
