"Preston was a pleasure to work with. When bidding the project he presented several options I was happy with, but he insisted on going back pick up another sample that he thought I would like even more. He was right, the last one I saw was the one I went with, and it looks great. I wanted to replace all my baseboards due to a missing section. He came up with the idea to repurpose some from a guest room closet. That was replaced with something else and saved me some money. His team was professional while onsite. There were some issues with coloring on the trim and my stairs. Preston had his team sand and re-stain the stairs so I was happy with the finished product. The project took a week longer than initially planned, but Preston was honest, transparent and communicated with me constantly. In the end it looks great and the few extra days were worth the wait. He also brought my daughter a butterfly chrysalis during the installation. Great guy to work with. "
