While many were at the mercy of their contractor, SSM provided fair pricing, quality materials and an excellent performance. With such an overwhelming project, our Solid Stone representative walked us through each step of the tear out and rebuild process, answering thousands of questions and even taking us shopping for materials and supplies. SSM served as our general contractor, having all trades readily available, making biweekly, sometimes daily onsite visits. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. In addition, they were very helpful and proactive with documentation for the release of flood insurance funds from the mortgage company. "After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!"

"I called and tried to schedule appointments with 3 companies with solid ratings from Angie's list. Tony, the owner, was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for a quote last December. We reviewed the quote and scheduled him for the second week of January. Over the New Year's holiday, my Mother, the home-owner, had a stroke and Tony was very cooperative about helping us get the job done around our schedule. He offered good advice about paint quality and colors. He repaired any cracks or joint issues and painted the Master bedroom, a two story feature wall in the living area, all of the kitchen and eating area, the upstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. We had damage in the two-story rotunda ceiling and the dining room from Hurricane Harvey and he repainted and re-textured both of these and we are very pleased. We also needed to repair comers and trim on the stairs that the dog had chewed as a puppy. He took care of this and you cannot even tell there was ever damage. He repaired a hole a plumbing estimate put in the master closet wall and repainted it as well as repairing some minor grout issues on the kitchen back splash. We highly recommend him and will call on him again for future projects we have discussed with him."

"If you need a new roof, or think you might, just call DAV. Michael was my Project Manager and he was outstanding from beginning to end. Always available, good flow of communication, sending me pics throughout the installation. Educated me on the process, materials, best practices, etc. I got bids from several roofing contractors. DAV had the best price and also gave me the best feeling overall that they would handle the job properly. They got the job done quickly, didn't tear up my landscaping, cleaned up very well afterwards. Michael even came by a couple times to sweep for any missed nails himself. I couldn't have asked for better service and I will definitely use DAV again in the future. Don't waste your time looking around...just call DAV. ."

"DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times. This is also a reflection of the leadership. You cannot go wrong by engaging this company to do your construction. If a mistake happens it will be rectified immediately with no argument as well.
