Despite asking multiple times, the water heater wasn?t installed. Instead, time was wasted installing a vanity that had to be removed anyway. He promised to return the next week to install the water heater but didn?t show. When he finally did, it was just to collect more money and retrieve his work lights. We had to install the water heater ourselves. The work done has issues: blistered drywall, a creaky shower, uneven flooring, among others. I was also promised an itemized invoice that never came. If you choose to hire him, get all promises in writing and request detailed cost breakdowns. I ultimately felt misled and taken advantage of."
