Dan is willing to work with any material you want, though he has deals with certain manufacturers. Dan gave a very straight forward per SqFt price for decking and per linear foot for railings. You know how much you will pay from the very beginning, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Old deck removal and haul-away were inexpensive. Deck framing top notch. Decks Plus was very timely from start to finish. A few small mistakes during the process, like a broken screen when removing the old deck and some cement work cleanup, but VERY minor overall and were corrected after a simple call.
