"Roofing projects start with the question - does my roof need to be replaced? John and his team spent the time on my roof to inspect and document the condition. When hail damage was found, the detailed documentation was critical to filing a claim with my insurance company. When I decided to press ahead with the replacement, I asked John for extra time (months) so I could complete a small home addition including a new section of roof. He gave me all the time I needed and was very helpful with input on my project. I completed my project and scheduled the replacement, which ended up being during a time I was not home. John called and texted with updates and pictures of their progress including detailed repairs of damaged sheathing. Stripping a roof is a messy job - shingles, shingle granules, and nails everywhere. When I returned home and inspected the condition of our house and property, it was spotless. The installation was flawless. I highly recommend United!!!"
