"The entire process was great. We were given an estimate to replace all the windows in our home online in less than 24 hours. The Owner is the person I spoke with on every occasion and he answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We were not required to have him come out to our home for a demonstration, but I did ask him to just so we could see what we were getting and to talk about a few of our options. He gladly came to our home and was there less than an hour. The installers(EJ and Dan) were great, both days they were there on time and did a great job with the install. I would gladly recommend this company(and Have) to anyone. Entire process was very painless and was pleasant."

"Had the roof, gutters and siding replaced. A lot of work removing the old and installing the new. The crew of 4 showed up every day till the entire job was done. Never was I left hanging with a no show day. Very happy with entire process. Also important, the original estimate is what I paid. No cost over runs. Did have to have them return for some minor corrections and they quickly responded. I'd recommend Blue Ribbon and hire them again. "PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March. My husband and I couldn't have been happier that he was so willing to work through the cold days of winter. I have only the very highest praise for Jonathan's workmanship. Every corner, every joint, every angle displays a high degree of precision. Jonathan has his own internal drive for perfection and that easily shows through in the final results. Jonathan was open to all suggestions or requests and found ways to incorporate our wants and needs into the design. On multiple occasions, he was able to come up with innovative solutions to tricky construction details. One example was his ingenious design for removable skirting panels, which provides us with access to the area beneath the deck. When installed, the removable panels appear seamlessly incorporated into the skirting. Craftsmanship is hard to find and that is certainly what we received from Jonathan."

"We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."
