"William explained the "scope of work" in terms that we understood and answered all of our questions. He sat at our dining room table and showed us via laptop a mock up of the different types of roofing shingles that were available. We were able to make a decision on color and type of shingles. He told us it would take 3 days and a dumpster would be there on day 1 to handle debris. They removed the old roof and put on a new roof, new gutters, painted chimney and installed new fascia! Everything was cleaned up before the end of each day. On day 3, I paid him and found some more work for him to do! Friendly, courteous and knows his business and everyone working with him had the same work ethic!"

"The contractor completed all gutters in one day in the rain and til dusk without a break.. He really worked hard for his pay. Very polite. I supplied him with hot coffee. Got several inches of snow followed by a hard freeze in January. When it got above freezing water poured over the gutters and froze at night creating an ice problem at the front door. Will see how the gutters work in a hard rain in summer."
