Pricing was at the high end of the quote range, but not obscene, and what I received in return was a white-glove service using an enclosed trailer with an experienced professional. Complete inspection of the car before and after, with pictures noting the exact condition of the car, interior and exterior - including the milage and contents of the glove box. This is not a subcontracting / middle-man company like so many auto transport vendors are - they bid on and perform the work themselves through their well-established and successful freight business. "Accent provided an estimate to install the door that I provided, and it wasn't too unreasonable. Once the contractor arrived, we discovered that Lowe's gave me the wrong size door. Instead of taking the easy route and getting paid to do nothing for an hour while I ran to get the door replaced, the contractor looked at the door jamb. He said it didn't look too bad, and he could easily repair it instead. So after a quick trip to get the wood needed to repair the jamb, he returned and had it repaired in a couple of hours. Not only did the work he did cost less than replacing the entire door, but it was done much faster. In the end, the "big bad corp" that I thought would bilk me ended up being more concerned about my bottom line. They saved me money, time, and the repair looked great! "We contacted Handyman Pete after reading reviews on Angies List.  We set an appointment for Pete to come look at the work so he could bid the job.  He was flexible on being able to come out on the weekend.  He was on time and stated he would have an estimate back to us in a few days.  True to his word he called back with an estimate a couple of days after his initial job inspection. <br /> The price was reasonable for the amount of work that was needed. <br /> We had him install all of the window and door trim.  Also the baseboard.  The work included two large trapezoid lakeside windows. <br /> Pete was very good about keeping in contact as we were working on getting the trim ordered, delivered, and stained in preparation for install.  We set a date for install.  Everything stayed on schedule. <br /> Pete did very nice work.  He made sure we were happy with everything before he wrapped up the job.  He always cleaned up after and never left a mess. <br /> We will definitely be using Handyman Pete again for future work. <br />"

"This was to be a two day project and it took 8 days. I will give them a day and an half because it did rain. They would show up for 30 min. and then gone. I had to make calls to get them back on the job. I guess they were stretched between jobs. Jason does great work. You need to keep an eye on them to make sure it gets done the way it is supposed to be done. They said they were finished and I had to have them back to redo the finish trim inside the house as they tried to cut corners with the material and fill with caulking. They meet with me and finished the window the way it was to be done. I would like to use them again on another project but not sure if I should."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
