That was great because I had been trying to fix the old one for three days and we had laundry piling up. The next morning the delivery staff arrived on time, the washer was wrapped in plastic and all of the parts were there as ordered. The installation was done within minutes and everything worked well. The delivery crew was professional, polite, and efficient. We were truly pleased with the in-store staff and the delivery/set-up crew.
