"Cunningham Construction (Paul and Vicki) helped us navigate a fairly complex remodel where we moved a laundry room to our garage and replaced the laundry with a shower creating an downstairs guest space with it's own bath and shower. Paul and Vicki adeptly managed the permitting process across our county and township. Paul's attention to detail showed through in the planning and execution. The project involved managing electrical, plumbing, painting and custom shower installation teams, drawing up architectural plans for the home, and leveraging a deep cross functional set of skills from framing, drywall, texturing, tile, door framing, procurement of materials and disposal. Their professional and detailed approach was further enhanced by their down-to-earth collaboration, explanation and high quality execution. Our project took time to get right, and the accounting for materials, labor and schedule were detailed and accurate. I would be so happy to work with them on future projects!"

"Bill and his crew worked quickly, efficiently and (equally important) cheerfully to get the painting all done in one day, which we greatly appreciated. Even though we were going to get the carpet replaced in a few days and said it didn't need to be protected, they were careful and also good about cleaning up when they were done.
Bill came back the next day to install the baseboards and then had to return a few days later because our new carpet was lower than the old one, leaving a gap between it and the baseboard. He took care of that situation quickly and efficiently, at no extra charge.
We are loving our "new" room and very happy with what was done.

"It went beautifully! After each step Mr. Rizzo informed me of what he was doing. He was very patient with allowing me to stay around and watch and ask questions!
