Was able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly for the initial assessment (within a day or two as I recall). Scheduler was very friendly. Technician was very professional. We did have to wait 3-4 business days before the Samsung dryer part came in (which we were told about up front). I called a few times to check on the status of the part, and was treated politely over the phone. Once the part arrived, it was another couple of days before there was an available technician to come back to install it. Overall, we were pleased with the level of service provided."

"Value Appliance had fair prices. I really liked my stove and I really didn't want to replace the whole thing, because it's a nice double oven and one's a little bit smaller. He got the part and put it in, but there was a little bit of time involved though, from the time I called him in and he got it repaired. He got it repaired and it's been working fine ever since. He tells you straight up if you can actually go out and buy a new appliance for the same price you would spend if you repair it. He's kind of straight and lets you know it might not be the wisest thing to get it repaired. I like that he's straight up with you. He's good, fixes the problem and guarantees his work.
