Although I ended up not having the repair done because I opted to buy a new one, I wanted to share that Anthony noticed my vent to my dryer was not connected properly. I had lent everywhere and not only did he connect it, he offered to clean up the mess behind the dryer. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer based on video that I sent him via text and was able to squeeze me in the next evening. He arrived on time and was incredibly courteous and friendly.
