I wasn’t there to attest to the actual process or professionalism but when I asked to meet before paying to discuss some gaps I noticed upon completion and inspection, Philip worked with me on my timeframe so I could get to the property and explained in detail the issues with rescreening old enclosure frames. Might be something to disclose with customers up front so they know what to expect. All in all, a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Jacksonville Screen again."

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"
