"I worked with Owen and Josh and it was a great experience and a learning one! He walked the house, identified possible issues and provided a reasonable price. Owen always let me know when he was going to arrive, offered a good price, and completed a lot of work in just a couple of days. They did an outstanding job patching stucco cracks all around the house and after 25 years there were certainly a lot of them. I worked from home and frequently checked with Owen to see how things were going and learned a few things along the way as well as a proper paint to extend the life of my stucco. There was also a major issue with the chimney and Owen had to replace the rotted wood substrate and rebuild the chimney to code which wasn't done during construction. He even matched the existing stucco pattern. A magician and stucco work..who knew! "After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

First Job - Dec 2015

I contacted Royal Painting initially to handle wood rot repair. I hired them to replace wood rot on front face of the garage. They removed rotting wood, replaced with pressure washed wood and painted trim. In addition, they pressure washed my driveway and the entire house. I never had the house pressure washed and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It brighten up the entire exterior. Lastly, the team cleaned out the gutters that were loonnngggg over due for a cleaning.

Overall the work for the first job lasted over a course of 4 days.

Second Job - Feb 2016

The pressure washing on the home revealed further wood rot on different areas of the house. They returned to replace wood rot on the front of the house above the porch and back of the house on the second story. The foremen was able to match the new paint with existing paint perfectly. It definitely helped that the house was pressure washed previously.

Overall the work for the second job took 3 days to complete (not counting days delayed to the rain). 

REHIRE ? - Yes, I am already thinking of hiring the team for interior work ( remove wall paper, paint, tile replacement )
