Job was completed 100% within stated schedule they gave- AND the folks are just plain nice, I felt afterwards like I had made friends in addition to finding a company I would hire again. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. "Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime. 
I really do appreciate the honesty because I really hate getting a sales pitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to give an honest assessment and I trust them to do honest work if I ever need it in the future

"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."

They were the quickest to reach out to me after the Angi search connect me to companies and they provided an easy hassle free quote over the phone with just a photo and rough measurements. Their quote was far better than the average price. By average I mean their quote was about in the middle or lower of what you should pay for concrete, everyone else seems to be quote on the top end or higher than what you should be paying. Their quality of work was also top notch! I contacted them late week and asked if they could be here Monday and they were here right on time Monday morning. They brought in professional heavy duty equipment to level the yard and prep the space, ordered the truck and the whole project down and cleaned up by that same afternoon. Even better, they did not destroy any of my yard, even with the heavy duty excavator in my back yard or having to roll concrete all the way back there. The rest of my yard looks the same as before they came! The concrete patio was an extension to an existing piece but 4 times bigger and they match the slop and finish perfectly. Very happy overall and highly recommend anyone needing concrete to give them a call!"
